How early should I arrive?

30 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check-in. Boarding closes 15 minutes before departure, so arriving early helps ensure you don’t miss the boat.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Do you operate in bad weather?

Your Captain makes the final decision on weather and water conditions. Tours may still operate during light rain. If we cancel your tour because conditions are unsafe, you’ll have the choice of a full refund or a free reschedule.
