30 minutes before departure for check-in. Boarding closes 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals are not eligible for a refund, although they may be rebooked for a later date subject to availability and a rebooking fee.

No. These are wild bottlenose dolphins living freely in Galveston Bay, so sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Our public dolphin tours welcome all ages, including infants and toddlers. Children under age 2 must still be included on the passenger manifest. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Our Ghosts of The Gulf Haunted Harbor Tour is designed for guests ages 12 and older. The tour takes place after dark and includes true maritime history, shipwreck stories, and ghostly legends, so we’ve set the minimum age at 12 to keep the experience appropriate for everyone aboard.

Sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera or phone, weather-appropriate clothing, and an extra layer when conditions are breezy. Please remember you’re boarding a working passenger vessel and follow all Captain and crew instructions while onboard.

Guests of legal drinking age may bring a limited quantity of beer, wine, or canned alcoholic beverages, subject to the Captain’s discretion. Glass bottles, liquor bottles, mixed-drink setups, drinking games, and dispensers are not permitted. The Captain or crew may restrict alcohol consumption at any time.
